patterns!

it's been a while. i've been busy as usual. i started making a lot of patterns to use for various things, it's been fun. i like this elephant one.... one of my favorite blogs is print & pattern so i get a lot of inspiration from there. mk that's all for now. tomorrow i'll try to post some pics of the photo book i made for the free people craft swap i'm doing. i'll send it out on saturday after i take the pics.

and yeah on a side note i'm doing some freelance too. for a porn site. in new zealand. yeah. how they found me i have no idea but they want me to do a character for them that like guides people through the website. it's 5 images in all and i just got the last assignment tonight. should be done by this weekend. so i can go out drinking for st. patties day. what?

so yeah.

it's been a while. i've been busy. nothing too exciting. i'm moving to a new apt in down town st pete next month. it's cute and closer to fun stuff. plus i'm a lil sketched out where i am now ever since someone broke into my place new years eve while i was out and stole all my bathing suits, some nightees, and some underwear and some other random crap. so yeah i hate it here now and i'm scared to leave my place at night. my new place will be cute.

i had a last minute illustrstion to do tonight for mel's magazine. its for a lil tear out thats gonna be printed for people to send in their secrets on. it's gonna kinda be like http://postsecret.blogspot.com/
which is kinda cool. so yeah it was a rushed illustration to do but i kinda like how it turned out considering im beat and it's only tuesday. tomorrow's my last day at work before the holidays and i fly home on thurs. im praying for snow.

christmas cards

a trip to the er this week has caused me to stay in this weekend so i decided to work on my christmas cards. yeah i'm being that cool and sending them out. here's a sample of one of the designs. i plan on making them all crafty and fun too. hopefully they turn out well, i have a lot to do...

back from my extreme day trip to nyc and im tired as %$@! but i have to work on some stuff from a lady in philly that i do a lot of freelance for. i'm doing this one for an organization supporting children's cancer. hopefully i'll finish it this week and move onto some other projects... or just take a nap with my cats.
